Lead The Way Programme

Are you confident that you have the workplace skills and knowledge to stand out to employers? If you want to develop your leadership and entrepreneurial skills, Coventry University has created the Lead the Way programme. This gives you access to a selection of short, pre-recorded, online courses. You can study the courses at your own pace, anywhere and at any time, within the deadline stated, alongside any other courses you are studying. Examples include:

  • Career Skills for the 2020s: Navigating the Online World of Work
  • Implementing your Business Ideas: From Risk Identification to SWOT Analysis
  • International Career Development: Pursuing a Career Abroad

Students can study the courses at their own pace, anywhere and at any time, alongside any other courses they are studying, up until the deadline stated on the student portal. The FutureLearn courses listed on the portal are open to the whole of the Coventry University Group. The CMI module in Leadership and Consultancy is only open to final year Coventry University UG students.
