Erasmus Student Network is celebrating Health & Wellbeing Week between 3rd and 10th of May 2021. During this week you will see our section, ESN Coventry, and the whole network organize and distribute a number of events and articles centered around the wellbeing, health and mental health of our students.
Today we are sharing with you some of our tested-and-working self care tips, to kickstart the week focused on giving a little bit of extra care and love to ourselves. From daring to try a new hobby to getting cozy with our favourite books, here is a checklist for you to tick off this week:
1. Drink aome water first thing in the AM
2. Write down 5 things every day that were great
3. Make a menu for the week
4. Move for at least 30 minutes a day
5. Listen to good music
7. Read a book
8. Try out a new hobby
9. Have family dinner
10. Catch up with your friends
11. Watch a new TV show or movie
12. Meditate or do yoga
13. Try out journaling or crafts
